What is EEOICPA/DFEC?
The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) offers benefits to workers in the energy sector who have fallen ill as a result of their jobs. The Division of Federal Compensation (DFEC) provides assistance to federal employees who are injured or ill due to their work. Additionally, Black Lung program compensates coal miners affected by pneumoconiosis, often referred to as black lung disease.
How do I know if I qualify for Durable Medical Equipment through the EEOICPA?
We can help individuals who have been granted benefits through the EEOICPA. If you have a "White Medical Benefits Card" or "White Card" then you qualify.
What can Frontier Medical not provide?
We are unable to supply the following items: home modifications, oxygen tanks, personal protective equipment, and diabetic supplies.
What would be considered a home modification?
Home modifications encompass any tasks related to plumbing, electrical work, drilling into the exterior of a home, or similar activities.
